Warehouse Administration Specialist, Shoes – Fendi, Fermo, Italy | Full-time inventory and logistics support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Load delivery notes into the warehouse management system promptly to ensure alignment between physical quantities and accounting records
- Operate the warehouse management system to create counting and picking missions
- Generate shipping documents for merchandise dispatch
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to establish warehouse priorities and coordinate activities
- Coordinate with suppliers to reconcile and correct delivery documentation discrepancies
- Organize and execute physical inventory counts for raw materials and work-in-progress stock
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse administration employee
- Strong knowledge of footwear production processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical capabilities and high degree of precision
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse administration employee or in a comparable warehouse operations support role, with demonstrated expertise in footwear production processes and inventory management.
