Fendi Warehouse Administration Specialist – Footwear role in Fermo, Italy. Manage warehouse operations and inventory controls for a luxury shoe production facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Upload delivery notes into the warehouse management software promptly to ensure alignment between physical and accounting quantities
- Manage the warehouse management system to create inventory count and pick missions
- Generate delivery documents for merchandise shipment
- Communicate with internal and external clients to establish priorities and direct warehouse activities
- Liaise with suppliers to align discrepancies in delivery documentation
- Organize and execute raw material inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse administrative employee
- Strong problem-solving abilities
