Fendi — Visual Merchandising Manager in London (Harrods). Lead window displays, in‑store VM execution and VM reporting to maximise store presentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead installation and rotation of institutional window displays and in‑store visual merchandising according to corporate VM guidelines.
  • Plan and execute corporate VM marketing strategy and store directives to ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager, Country Visual Merchandiser and Store Planning to propose VM rotations and store layout adjustments that optimise sales.
  • Ensure perfect product presentation and display integrity across all store areas at all times; ensure best sellers are prominently featured.
  • Produce bi‑monthly photographic VM reports including SKU-level documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain props inventory; report damage and notify the VM team of new prop arrivals.
  • Share VM guidelines with sales associates and participate in seasonal VM training; support VM team projects beyond the primary store location when required.
  • Align visual merchandising activities with sales performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' retail experience within an international environment; experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Proven expertise in product display, window dressing and store layout planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, dynamic approach.
  • High attention to detail, goal orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English.
