Fendi in Paris (Saint‑Honoré) seeks a Trilingual Client Advisor (French/English/Russian) to deliver exceptional luxury clienteling and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in the Saint‑Honoré boutique and act as an ambassador of the Maison at all times.
  • Achieve and surpass individual and collective sales KPIs across all product categories; manage and grow assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client book through proactive prospecting, structured clienteling and ongoing relationship management.
  • Execute CRM-driven actions and ensure customer records, follow-ups and reporting are accurate, complete and up to date.
  • Use clienteling and mobile sales tools to personalise offers, coordinate special orders and manage after‑sales requests.
  • Support boutique operations as required (visual merchandising, stock handling, maintaining brand standards and boutique presentation).
  • Remain conversant with fashion trends, the Maison’s heritage and current collections to provide authoritative styling advice.
  • Adhere to internal policies, dress code and security procedures while modelling professional behaviour that represents the brand.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of successful retail experience, preferably within a luxury fashion or leather‑goods maison.
  • Proven track record meeting sales targets and working with KPI/CRM‑driven performance metrics.
  • Fluent English and French; proficiency in Russian strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; strong client‑facing presence.
  • Comfortable using mobile sales applications and CRM platforms; highly organised with attention to data quality.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to suggest and implement best practices to improve performance.

Experience
