Fendi seeks WW Training Designer in Rome to develop innovative learning solutions, manage training projects, and drive organizational capability. Hybrid, permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update engaging and interactive training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led training guides, presentations, and blended learning solutions
- Support learning gap analysis within the organization and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and validate information accuracy
- Design interactive courseware and video content applying adult learning theory to appeal to various learning styles and international audiences
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to create effective learning experiences
- Incorporate diverse learning strategies including gamification, simulations, case studies, and experiential activities to cater to different learning styles
- Manage multiple training development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for training initiatives
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure training program effectiveness and impact
- Analyze training data and feedback to identify improvement areas and continuously refine learning solutions
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in instructional design and adult learning
- Partner with HR business partners, department heads, and stakeholders to understand training needs and align solutions with organizational goals
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders regarding training initiatives, progress, and outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators on effective program delivery
Qualifications
- Academic background in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or closely related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in instructional design, corporate training development, or senior learning and development roles within complex organizational environments
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated learning solutions including advanced e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, gamification, virtual learning, and live simulation
- Proven experience designing and developing scalable, engaging online training solutions
- Extensive experience with leading learning management systems (LMS)

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in instructional design, corporate training development, or senior learning and development roles within complex organizational environments. Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated learning solutions across multiple modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, gamification, and virtual learning environments.
