Fendi New York: Talent Manager to lead recruitment, talent development, and succession planning. Strategic HR role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, retail, and leadership positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Develop workforce plans in partnership with business leaders to align talent acquisition and development with organizational strategy
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies
  • Utilize social media, networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent management and employee development programs to support growth and retention
  • Facilitate annual performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and evaluations across the organization
  • Identify high-potential talent in partnership with leaders and create individualized development and succession plans
  • Lead succession planning initiatives and talent review discussions across business functions
  • Promote internal mobility opportunities and establish career pathing initiatives
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs for emerging leaders, managers, and senior executives
  • Oversee learning management systems, training content, vendor relationships, and program effectiveness measurement
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track talent and recruiting KPIs
  • Analyze workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and talent movement data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Present talent insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and organizational levels
  • Proven experience leading performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
  • Track record of strategic partnership with senior leaders and influencing business decisions
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and talent management systems
