The Talent Acquisition Associate will support Fendi’s corporate recruitment processes in Rome, partnering with Hiring Managers and delivering a strong candidate experience. This is a full-time temporary maternity-leave position, subject to the CCNL Commercio; the initial annual gross salary is EUR 26,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze internal recruitment needs and work with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements.
- Create job descriptions and publish advertisements on the company website and job boards.
- Source and attract candidates through recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates.
- Create detailed metrics for sourcing, interviews and hires.
- Build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deliver excellent service and results.
- Support people care initiatives and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring, in line with sustainable and responsible talent acquisition practices.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others and guide Hiring Managers.
- Precision, strong commitment and high energy.
- Project management expertise.
- Ability to manage different deadlines and ad hoc requests and prioritize tasks.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 26,000 per annum.
