Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze internal recruitment needs and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand and document recruitment requirements
- Create compelling job descriptions and post advertisements across the company website and external job boards
- Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels and networking initiatives
- Review, screen, and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and develop detailed candidate shortlists based on role requirements
- Generate comprehensive metrics reporting on sourcing activity, interview pipelines, and hiring outcomes
- Cultivate strategic relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deliver superior recruitment service and measurable results
- Support people care initiatives and serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries, fostering a collaborative workplace culture
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, advancing LVMH's commitment to responsible talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and guide Hiring Managers
- Strong attention to detail with unwavering commitment to quality and high-energy execution
- Proven project management expertise and aptitude for managing multiple competing priorities
- Fluent in Italian and English
