Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor production deliveries post-launch to ensure adherence to the delivery plan for seasonal collections
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize retail and wholesale order cancellations
- Support coordination and planning of production activities for reorders across all product categories within timeless collections
- Align demand planning reorder deliveries with the production planning team to guarantee balanced production capacity
- Collaborate with the production team to oversee execution of the production plan, resolving potential issues and proposing alternative schedules to meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain delivery plans in collaboration with production planning that meet business needs while optimizing capacity
- Conduct weekly monitoring of deliveries to the central warehouse, promptly communicating any potential delays or issues
- Analyse plan implementation with Production Planners, provide production forecast visibility, and drive priority setting and follow-up actions
- Develop and implement new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supply chain efficiency
- Contribute to project development initiatives for both seasonal and timeless collections
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Production, Supply Chain, or Planning roles
- Experience within the Luxury and Fashion Industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated Power BI Developer skills
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- Proven expertise in data analysis and strong numerical aptitude combined with business acumen

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Production, Supply Chain, or Planning roles. Experience within the Luxury and Fashion Industry is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
