FENDI Stylist in Los Angeles, California. Full-time in-store styling role at $40/hr plus commission, delivering personalized fashion guidance and elevated client experiences in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one styling consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and lifestyles
  • Create complete outfit and silhouette recommendations across all product categories
  • Provide expert advice on fit, color coordination, proportions, and accessorizing to maximize wardrobe versatility
  • Champion the latest FENDI wardrobe through in-store styling, client appointments, and personalized clienteling
  • Build and actively manage a personal client portfolio through exceptional service and styling expertise
  • Strengthen client loyalty through follow-up on new arrivals, collections, and tailored styling opportunities
  • Organize private styling sessions, wardrobe consultations, and dedicated appointments to deepen engagement
  • Develop and maintain a network of external stylists to expand the client base and generate incremental sales
  • Drive styling-related sales, UPT, conversion, and client appointments in line with store targets
  • Maximize Ready-to-Wear performance by promoting full-look styling in every client interaction
  • Support cross-category selling and omnichannel services, including remote selling and digital pre-orders
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and future styling opportunities
  • Act as the in-store reference for FENDI style direction, ensuring consistent delivery of seasonal style messages
  • Translate fashion trends and collections into wearable, client-relevant styling suggestions
  • Apply strong knowledge of body types, proportions, and styling principles to deliver elevated looks
  • Create and share local styling tools and monthly style guides to support team execution and storytelling
  • Inspire a fashion mindset within the boutique, positioning styling as a key driver of client relationships
  • Train and coach Client Advisors on styling techniques, wardrobing, and full-look selling
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure compelling product presentation and styling coherence
  • Support styling for store events, collection previews, window displays, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail styling or equivalent roles
  • Proven ability to build authentic, long-term client relationships and deliver strong business results
  • Deep knowledge of products, collections, and luxury selling, cross-selling, and upselling capabilities
  • Visual merchandising and styling standards expertise; knowledge of CRM systems, omnichannel tools, store operations, and performance tracking
  • Fashion-forward mindset with strong knowledge of luxury trends and Ready-to-Wear
  • Polished, sophisticated communication style and storytelling abilities capable of influencing and inspiring
