FENDI Store Manager position in Vienna, Austria. Lead luxury boutique operations, manage high-performing team, drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and achieve store performance against relevant KPIs
- Lead daily team briefings using the Team Board system and animate store communications
- Analyse business performance, develop and implement action plans to improve results across product categories with focus on cross-selling
- Provide sales leadership, establish performance targets for team and individuals with measurable KPIs
- Monitor local trading environment and competitive activities to maintain market advantage
- Manage and supervise the team in execution of company operating and stock procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards and manage service quality to exceed client expectations
- Develop loyal FENDI clientele through CRM implementation, clienteling activities and in-store events
- Act as brand ambassador to build and strengthen relationships with VIP clients
- Implement action plans to improve Mystery Shopper results
- Direct sales force to achieve sales goals and assign day-to-day tasks clearly
- Motivate and inspire employees to maximize team spirit, promote collaboration and maintain positive staff relations
- Conduct individual performance reviews monthly with daily coaching and development
- Collaborate with HR Department in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store staffing needs
- Enforce company policies, implement disciplinary procedures and ensure staff compliance
- Manage staffing roster to provide appropriate store coverage and optimal workforce deployment
- Establish and execute in-store training programmes
- Conduct induction training for new joiners and provide mentoring
- Identify individual and team training needs to develop talent and communicate requirements to HR
- Manage day-to-day store administration and operational needs
- Review and submit sales and operational reports aligned with company KPIs and policies
- Report decisions, procedures and staff issues to management
- Control costs and ensure efficient operational management of the store
- Ensure FENDI standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal controls and back-office functions
- Maintain visual merchandising consistency with company standards and ensure displays support sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a managerial capacity
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Administration and financial management skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- High-level personal image standards and grooming
- Leadership, confidence, organizational and professional capabilities
- Strong customer service expertise
- Computer skills and Retail Management System knowledge
- Strong knowledge of or demonstrated interest in the fashion and luxury industry
- English language proficiency mandatory; additional languages advantageous
