Fendi Tokyo Store Manager – Lead luxury retail operations and a team of 5-10 staff in Tokyo.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve store, individual, and team sales targets and budgets
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 5-10 staff members through on-the-job training and mentorship
- Enhance customer satisfaction through elevated service standards and strategic customer relationship management
- Oversee store operations and merchandising standards in line with Fendi's global directives
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive consumer engagement
- Generate reports and provide performance analytics to regional management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through CRM initiatives and personalized service
- Foster a team culture aligned with Fendi's global retail competencies including customer-centricity, innovation, accountability, and diversity
Qualifications
- Mandatory store management experience in luxury fashion retail
- Proven experience managing a team of 5-10 people
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

- Strong decision-making and planning capabilities
