Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store, individual, and team sales targets and budgets
  • Manage and develop a team of approximately 5-10 staff members through on-the-job training and mentorship
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through elevated service standards and strategic customer relationship management
  • Oversee store operations and merchandising standards in line with Fendi's global directives
  • Execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive consumer engagement
  • Generate reports and provide performance analytics to regional management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through CRM initiatives and personalized service

Qualifications
