Fendi seeks a Store Manager for its Elizabeth St boutique in Sydney to lead commercial performance, client relationships, operational standards and team development. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role reporting to the General Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that embodies FENDI's brand identity throughout the client journey.
  • Build and nurture a loyal clientele through personalised engagement.
  • Uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Leader and key stakeholders to mentor, develop and empower the team.
  • Analyse business performance and devise and implement strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional knowledge of FENDI's products.
  • Provide insightful reports and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, extensive clienteling experience, profound knowledge of materials and appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship.
  • A robust background in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong business insight and demonstrated ability to develop and expand business opportunities.
  • Extensive experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Agility, adaptability and a commitment to unlocking personal and team potential.
