Fendi Store Manager position in Singapore: lead boutique operations, manage team performance, and drive sales excellence in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking and ensuring that KPI targets are met
  • Strategize and implement necessary improvement plans in a timely manner, applying appropriate risk-taking
  • Conduct daily briefings to provide team members with a condensed overview of business objectives and reinforce sales floor behaviors
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team and individuals aligned with KPIs and business objectives
  • Supervise staff in the correct execution of all company operating procedures, ensuring internal compliance
  • Manage quality of customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop loyal Fendi customers and ensure proper strategic assignment of customers to Client Advisors
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clientele and new customers
  • Motivate and challenge team members to achieve assigned sales targets while assigning clear day-to-day tasks
  • Inspire employees to maximize team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations
  • Ensure consistency in team performance through Monthly Touch Base sessions and daily coaching
  • Supervise store personnel and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper disciplinary procedures
  • Oversee staffing roster management to provide effective store coverage
  • Ensure the team is equipped with relevant working tools and maintain all necessary accounts
  • Conduct on-the-job training and induction for new joiners, reinforcing the brand's DNA
  • Identify individual and team training needs to develop talent
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies
  • Oversee accuracy in daily invoices, petty cash, and invoice control
  • Take necessary action to control costs and ensure efficient store operations
  • Ensure Fendi's standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, and back-office activities
  • Oversee inventory checks and manage discrepancies
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards and align periodically with sales performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in the capacity of a boutique lead or equivalent leadership role
  • Strong business acumen with a result-driven and goal-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools
  • Prior experience in building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop people and implement proper development and succession planning
  • Experience in developing and delivering multimode communications
  • Managerial courage to address difficult issues and resolve them effectively
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse teams and recognize the value of different perspectives
