Fendi Store Manager position in Shenzhen offering retail leadership opportunity with focus on luxury sales performance and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize overall sales performance through enhanced customer service standards, product knowledge development, and team selling skills
  • Monitor team sales performance against key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve targets in collaboration with the Retail Manager
  • Analyze market context, trends, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and initiatives aligned with company objectives
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, particularly with VIP and Top Clients
  • Manage critical situations and customer claims with professionalism and resolution
  • Expand external relations network and cultivate loyalty among prestigious clients and traditional partners
  • Actively participate in store team recruitment and selection in collaboration with HR
  • Build and sustain a cohesive, motivated team with current product knowledge and industry awareness
  • Ensure professional development and training of store personnel, establish career plans with the Retail Manager
  • Communicate quantitative and qualitative targets to the team and monitor achievement through monthly analysis and appraisals
  • Coordinate shift planning with the Assistant Store Manager to ensure adequate staffing for expected workload
  • Oversee daily opening procedures and ensure compliance with visual and maintenance guidelines
  • Conduct regular daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to communicate priorities and maintain two-way communication channels
  • Keep team informed of store performance using agreed-upon tools and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure enforcement of labor laws and sales regulations with support from headquarters
  • Manage administrative, accounting, and compliance responsibilities according to Fendi internal procedures
  • Implement safety measures for personnel and customers
  • Oversee visual merchandising practices ensuring store windows, displays, and product presentation align with corporate guidelines
  • Monitor sales performance and communicate slow-moving items to visual merchandisers and buyers for targeted merchandising
  • Execute all corporate procedures, delegate responsibilities, and oversee their proper implementation
  • Maintain communication with Logistics, Operations, and other store locations
  • Prevent theft and loss through proper coverage and security monitoring
  • Manage store safe procedures and other security protocols
  • Optimize stockroom management and inventory in line with sales potential
  • Supervise annual closing, category flash inventories, and annual fiscal inventory activities
  • Ensure proper care of all products and materials in the stockroom

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role in luxury fashion
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of luxury retail market trends and competitor landscape
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and product presentation standards
  • Proficiency in retail operations, inventory management, and stock control
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software
  • Knowledge of labor laws, sales regulations, and compliance requirements
