Fendi Store Manager position in Scottsdale, Arizona—lead boutique operations, team, and sales strategy for a luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and increase sales performance across all product categories while generating new clients and reactivating former customers
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in cross-functional partnership with corporate stakeholders
- Analyze business performance, propose action plans, and identify new market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Lead customer service excellence and mentor the team to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and maintain a dedicated customer base through appropriate CRM tools and cultivate a strong private appointment culture
- Act as brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers
- Oversee all administrative and operational functions including staff scheduling, cost control, and inventory management
- Exercise full profit and loss responsibility with particular attention to controllable expenses, sales plans, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed
- Build a positive team environment through goal setting, performance monitoring, and regular feedback sessions
- Identify talent, attract recruits, and develop internal succession plans and career pathways for all team members
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols are consistently followed by the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related luxury retail experience
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy
- Physical ability to lift boxes and weight up to 10 lbs regularly
