Fendi Store Manager position in San Diego, California—lead boutique operations, drive sales, and manage VIP client relationships for luxury leather goods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and increase overall sales performance and business results
  • Analyze business metrics, develop and implement strategic action plans to improve performance across all product categories
  • Develop and deliver client-focused events and incentives to grow the business
  • Lead the sales team on the floor, continuously empower staff to meet sales targets through authentic client engagement and service excellence
  • Establish and develop dedicated Fendi customer relationships through CRM tools and database management
  • Serve as brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock levels and assortment alignment with business targets
  • Oversee all administrative operations including staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and daily operational coverage
  • Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company metrics and policies
  • Maintain cycle counts, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage shrink requirements
  • Assume full profit and loss responsibility for the store with focus on controllable expenses, sales planning, and inventory management
  • Ensure team compliance with all company policies, procedures, health and safety protocols
  • Lead customer service quality standards, mentor the team, and work to exceed customer expectations
  • Coordinate with the Retail Events team for local event organization
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
  • Lead Mystery Shop improvement initiatives with comprehensive action plans

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing retail teams
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems and customer database management
  • Knowledge of P&L management and retail financial metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site with flexibility for event-based scheduling
