Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve store performance against established KPIs and sales targets
• Demonstrate sales leadership, establish performance metrics for team members, and actively participate in the selling process
• Analyze business performance, develop and implement strategic action plans to drive sales growth across product categories
• Supervise team execution of company operating procedures, stock management, and internal controls
• Manage customer service quality to consistently meet luxury service standards and client expectations
• Develop and nurture FENDI VIP client relationships through brand ambassador activities and targeted clienteling initiatives
• Implement CRM tools and organize in-store events to cultivate client loyalty and engagement
• Monitor local trading environment and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions
• Conduct Mystery Shopper reviews and develop corrective action plans to maintain service excellence
• Foster team motivation, promote teamwork, and maintain positive staff relations
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment of qualified candidates and identify individual and team training needs
• Ensure FENDI brand standards are consistently applied across customer service, visual merchandising, back-office operations, and stock management
• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports in accordance with company KPIs and policies

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in fashion or luxury sales management
• 5–7 years managing a high-performing retail luxury boutique in a prime location
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Fluent English; additional languages highly valued
• Proven expertise in luxury retail management systems and computer applications
• Deep knowledge of or demonstrated passion for the fashion and luxury industry
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-reliance, professionalism, and customer-centric orientation

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in fashion and luxury retail, including 5–7 years in a managerial capacity at a top-tier luxury boutique. Experience managing high-performing teams, driving sales in competitive environments, and maintaining brand excellence standards is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field
