Fendi seeks a Store Manager in Puerto Banús, Spain to lead boutique operations, sales and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance and achieve sales targets by monitoring KPIs, analysing results and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Develop and grow a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, CRM activation and in-store events.
  • Provide visible sales leadership: coach the team daily, set individual and team targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients and uphold Fendi’s image standards.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring correct execution of company operating and stock procedures and adherence to service standards.
  • Recruit, mentor and retain talent in collaboration with HR; deliver induction and ongoing in‑store training programmes.
  • Optimise store staffing and rostering to ensure appropriate coverage and service levels.
  • Improve customer experience and Mystery Shopper results through targeted initiatives.
  • Prepare, review and submit sales and operational reports in line with company policies.
  • Oversee administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company disciplinary and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail management, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrable leadership, strong interpersonal skills and high personal presentation standards.
  • Solid administration and financial literacy relevant to retail operations.

Experience
