Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and increase overall sales performance for the store business
- Analyze business metrics, propose and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales across product categories
- Develop and execute sales strategy in collaboration with corporate partners
- Identify market opportunities to attract and retain new clients while reactivating former customers
- Develop and deliver events and incentives to support business growth
- Coordinate with merchandising team to ensure appropriate stock levels and product assortment
- Maintain visible presence on sales floor and empower sales staff to deliver authentic client experiences
- Lead customer service quality and establish excellent service standards for the team
- Develop dedicated Fendi clientele and implement appropriate CRM tools to maintain customer database
- Act as brand ambassador and strengthen relationships with VIP and prospect customers
- Improve mystery shop results through targeted action plans and coaching
- Cultivate strong private appointment culture
- Ensure alignment and partnership between front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Create and manage staff work schedules ensuring appropriate store coverage
- Control operational costs and ensure efficient store operations
- Complete administrative paperwork and reports in alignment with company metrics and policies
- Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrink management requirements
- Assume full profit-and-loss responsibility for the store with focus on controllable expenses and inventory management
- Ensure team compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed
- Build an encouraging and positive environment through goal setting, performance monitoring, and regular feedback
- Oversee rollout and execution of all top store initiatives
- Recruit and attract top talent through networking and market scouting
- Assess performance and growth potential of individual staff members to build succession plans and career paths
- Identify individual and team training needs and deliver targeted development
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury retail
- Strong drive and goal-oriented mindset with proven results orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred
- Foreign language skills preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to lift boxes and manage weight up to 10 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
