Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and increase overall store sales performance.
• Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results, generate sales across product categories, acquire new clients, and reactivate former clients.
• Develop sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
• Identify market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
• Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
• Work with the merchandising team to maintain appropriate stock and assortment levels.
• Remain present on the sales floor and empower sales staff to meet targets through authentic client experiences.
• Partner with the Retail Events team to organize local events.
• Lead customer service quality, meet client expectations, and mentor the team on service standards.
• Develop dedicated Fendi clients, implement appropriate CRM tools, and maintain the customer database.
• Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients and prospective customers.
• Improve mystery shop results through action plans.
• Cultivate a strong private appointment culture.
• Ensure alignment and partnership between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Complete administrative paperwork on time, prepare staff schedules, and ensure appropriate store coverage.
• Oversee key actions to control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
• Review and submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics and policies.
• Maintain cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink controls.
• Take full responsibility for store profit and loss, with particular attention to controllable expenses, the sales plan, and inventory management.
• Ensure the team follows company policies and procedures.
• Lead the team in following health and safety protocols and processes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep bestsellers on display.
• Create a positive environment that develops and empowers staff through goal setting, performance monitoring, monthly check-ins, storewide meetings, mentoring, and timely feedback.
• Ensure all Top Store initiatives are implemented, updated, and understood by the team.
• Attract and recruit top available talent through networking and scouting.
• Implement company policies and follow proper disciplinary procedures.
• Assess staff performance and growth potential to strengthen the team and promote career paths.
• Identify individual and team training needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to use a POS system and its inventory management functions.
• Ready-to-wear (RTW) experience preferred.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes or weights up to 10 lbs.
• Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
• Flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
