Fendi Store Manager position in Mexico City. Lead luxury boutique operations, sales, and team management. $110,000 monthly plus comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and increase overall sales performance across all product categories, creating acquisition and reactivation strategies for new and former clients
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners, identifying market opportunities to attract and retain clientele
  • Lead and mentor the sales team on the retail floor, ensuring authentic client experiences and coaching staff to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Manage client relationship systems (CRM tools) to develop a dedicated customer base and cultivate a strong private appointment culture
  • Act as a Fendi brand ambassador, strengthening relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers through exceptional service
  • Oversee team recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and succession planning to build internal growth paths and career development
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team
  • Exercise full P&L responsibility for the store, controlling expenses, managing inventory, and ensuring shrink compliance
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to management in accordance with company metrics and policies
  • Organize and collaborate on local retail events and incentives to drive business growth
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, while maintaining disciplinary standards
  • Monitor customer service quality through Mystery Shop results and implement corrective action plans to exceed service expectations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets
  • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) product category preferred
  • Ability to lift boxes and handle weight up to 10 lbs
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Organizational excellence and strong digital literacy
