FENDI Store Manager position in Melbourne – lead luxury boutique operations, team development, and client engagement on Collins Street.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an unparalleled client experience embodying FENDI's brand DNA at every touchpoint of the customer journey
- Cultivate enduring client relationships through personalized engagement and strategic clienteling
- Ensure and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence across all store functions
- Mentor, develop, and empower the store team in collaboration with regional leadership
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and devise strategic initiatives to achieve and surpass commercial objectives
