FENDI Melbourne (Collins St) seeks a Store Manager to lead boutique sales, clienteling and operations for its Collins Street location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Collins Street boutique to achieve and exceed commercial targets through proactive sales management and local business initiatives.
- Deliver an exceptional, branded client experience at every touchpoint and cultivate long‑term client relationships through personalised clienteling.
- Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing retail team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and implement coaching programmes.
- Ensure operational excellence across store processes, visual standards, inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Analyse sales performance and KPIs regularly; develop and execute data‑driven action plans to optimise conversion and average transaction value.
- Maintain and communicate deep product and material knowledge to clients and staff to support merchandising and selling strategies.
- Prepare accurate reporting and insightful analysis for the City Manager and key stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in luxury retail, with a proven record of sales leadership and boutique management.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and develop teams in a high‑end retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience setting and delivering against sales targets and P&L responsibility.
- Excellent clienteling skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and an appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship and luxury materials.
- Adaptable, resilient and coaching‑oriented leadership style with the ability to inspire high standards of service.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales and store management, ideally within high‑end fashion or leather goods.
Education
Tertiary qualification in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
