Fendi Store Manager in London (Selfridges) — lead retail operations, teams and clienteling for Fendi in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver store performance against sales targets and relevant KPIs; analyse results and implement action plans to drive growth and cross-selling across product categories.
- Provide visible sales leadership: coach, motivate and develop the sales team through daily briefing, individual coaching, monthly performance reviews and clear assignment of daily tasks.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base by promoting Fendi’s heritage, craftsmanship and creativity; implement CRM and clienteling strategies including in‑store events and VIP relationship management.
- Ensure flawless execution of company operating procedures, stock control and back‑office activities while maintaining internal control standards.
- Manage recruitment, rostering and staff relations in partnership with HR; enforce company policies and oversee disciplinary processes when required.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure window and in‑store displays are aligned with company standards and sales performance.
- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to management; inform leadership of store-level decisions and local market dynamics including competitor activity.
- Control operating costs and ensure efficient day‑to‑day store administration to maximise profitability and customer service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail, including substantial managerial responsibility—experience in luxury fashion preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Demonstrated leadership, organisation, and high standards of personal presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing VIP client relationships and delivering exemplary customer service.

At least 10 years of progressive retail experience with significant managerial responsibility in the luxury or premium fashion sector, including people management, P&L awareness and proven sales leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
