Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to achieve sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning, performance monitoring and corrective action plans.
- Drive business development by building and maintaining a loyal client base via brand storytelling, product expertise and clienteling initiatives.
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards for stock management, internal controls and administrative procedures.
- Manage, coach and motivate the sales team: set individual and team targets, run daily briefs, conduct monthly performance reviews and deliver ongoing coaching.
- Implement CRM and clienteling activities, orchestrate in-store events and act as the brand ambassador for VIP clients.
- Analyse sales data and competitor activity; propose and execute merchandising and promotional actions to optimise category performance and cross-selling.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are upheld and displays are aligned with sales strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, rostering and disciplinary processes in collaboration with HR to maintain optimal staffing and talent development.
- Drive improvements in customer service quality and Mystery Shopper outcomes through targeted training and action plans.
- Control operating costs and ensure efficient store-level financial and administrative management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a managerial role, with proven leadership in retail — preferably within luxury fashion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree advantageous.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team-development capabilities.
- High standards of professional appearance and client-facing demeanour.
- Solid administrative and financial acumen with experience of retail reporting.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in retail, with demonstrable success in luxury fashion, sales leadership, team development and achieving KPIs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is an advantage.
