Fendi is hiring a Store Manager in London (Selfridges) to lead sales, clienteling and team performance in a permanent full‑time role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, analysing performance and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention through active clienteling, CRM initiatives and in-store events to build a loyal VIP clientele.
  • Provide direct sales leadership by coaching, motivating and setting clear targets for the sales team; conduct regular individual reviews and daily coaching.
  • Manage recruitment, induction, training and talent development in coordination with HR; establish in-store training routines and mentoring programmes.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all operational, stock and administrative procedures, including roster planning and cost control.
  • Oversee customer service standards and manage Mystery Shopper performance with targeted improvement plans.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and align displays to commercial priorities.
  • Act as brand ambassador to VIP clients and represent Fendi in the local marketplace, monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to regional management; communicate store-level decisions and staff matters promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree advantageous.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and maintain high image standards.
  • Solid administration and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, costs and store-level P&L indicators.
  • Excellent customer-service orientation and demonstrated ability to develop VIP relationships.

Experience

More than 10 years in a managerial position within luxury fashion or leather goods retail, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, developing VIP clients and leading high-performing teams.

Education
