Fendi Store Manager position in Las Vegas at The Shops at Crystals. Lead luxury retail operations and team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and increase sales performance for the overall business, analyzing results and implementing action plans across product categories
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners, identifying new client acquisition and reactivation opportunities
- Lead customer service excellence by mentoring the team, implementing CRM tools, and cultivating a strong private appointment culture
- Develop dedicated relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers as a Fendi brand ambassador
- Oversee complete Profit and Loss responsibility for the store, including controllable expenses, sales planning, and inventory management
- Manage administrative operations including staff scheduling, cycle counts, shrink control, and inventory accuracy
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring bestsellers remain prominently displayed
- Build and inspire the management team through goal setting, performance monitoring, monthly reviews, and constructive feedback
- Recruit and attract top talent through networking and market scouting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety protocols, and disciplinary procedures
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail events teams to ensure appropriate stock levels and execute local promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related luxury retail management experience
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets
- Strong POS system and inventory management proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) product category
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Ability to lift boxes and weights up to 10 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of related luxury retail management experience, with ready-to-wear product knowledge preferred. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
