Fendi Store Manager position in Las Vegas at The Forum Shops. Lead luxury retail operations, sales growth, and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and increase sales performance across all product categories while achieving store targets
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including P&L management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and shrink reduction
- Lead and inspire the store team, building succession plans and internal growth paths for all staff members
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners and merchandising teams
- Cultivate a dedicated customer base through CRM tools and maintain a strong private appointment culture
- Act as a Fendi brand ambassador, strengthening relationships with VIP clients and prospect customers
- Organize and execute local events and incentives to drive business growth
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, health, and safety protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimize stock and assortment levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards and mentor the team in best practices
- Complete administrative tasks including staff scheduling and ensure appropriate store coverage
- Improve mystery shop results through targeted action plans
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving sales performance in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and clienteling
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop retail teams
- Expertise in financial management, including P&L responsibility
- Proficiency in CRM systems and database management
- Experience with visual merchandising and assortment planning
- Ability to build and maintain VIP customer relationships

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments.
