Fendi Store Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – luxury retail leader needed to drive sales, manage team, and embody brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs
- Assist in the selling process and demonstrate sales leadership
- Analyse business performance and implement action plans to improve results across product categories
- Set performance targets for team and individual staff members
- Manage and supervise the team in correct execution of all company operating and stock procedures
- Manage customer service quality to meet client expectations with excellent service standards
- Develop loyal Fendi clients and implement CRM tools and clienteling actions including in-store events
- Act as brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clients
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results through targeted action plans
- Motivate employees to maximize team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations
- Work with HR Department in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs
- Identify individual and team training needs to develop talent
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management
- Ensure Fendi standards are applied and maintained across customer service, internal control, visual merchandising, and back-office activities
Qualifications
- 7–10 years' experience in Fashion/Luxury sales
- 5–7 years' experience in top-location retail luxury management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Strong selling and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Leadership and confidence
- Strong customer orientation
- Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge
- Strong knowledge of or interest in the fashion/luxury industry
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years in top-location retail luxury management, with a total of 7–10 years' experience in Fashion or Luxury sales. Track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams is essential.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
