Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize overall store sales performance through continuous improvement of customer service standards and team selling capabilities
• Monitor team sales performance against KPIs and implement targeted action plans in collaboration with Retail Management
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and drive sales initiatives aligned with company objectives
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and coordinate customer satisfaction across all critical sales processes
• Expand and nurture the network of external relations, particularly with Top Clients and VIPs, to promote customer loyalty
• Recruit, develop, and manage the store team, ensuring consistency with Brand DNA and maintaining high motivation and competence levels
• Oversee professional development and product knowledge training for all store staff
• Ensure proper shift planning to align resources with workload demands
• Supervise daily opening activities and compliance with visual merchandising and maintenance guidelines
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings to communicate priorities and maintain top-down and bottom-up communication
• Oversee all visual merchandising practices and standards, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines
• Manage inventory and stockroom operations to optimize stock levels in line with sales potential
• Supervise annual closing, category flash inventories, and fiscal inventory activities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, sales regulations, and all FENDI internal procedures
• Implement security and loss prevention measures
• Maintain constant communication with Logistics, Operations, and other store locations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management or equivalent leadership role
• Proven track record in sales optimization and P&L management
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands and market trends
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams
• Excellent customer relationship management and VIP client engagement experience
• Fluency in English required

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail store management, with demonstrated success in leading teams, driving sales performance, and managing boutique operations in a high-end fashion environment.

Education

Secondary education required; tertiary education in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
