FENDI seeks a Store Manager in Florence to lead boutique operations, drive sales and manage a luxury retail team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Drive business development and build a loyal client base through clienteling, CRM tools and in-store events.
  • Provide visible sales leadership: coach, motivate and develop the sales team through daily briefings, one-to-one coaching and monthly performance reviews.
  • Assign and supervise daily tasks and staffing rosters to ensure optimal store coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company operating procedures, stock controls and back-office administration.
  • Manage customer service quality and act as brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with VIP clients.
  • Analyse sales trends by product category and promote cross-selling to maximise revenue.
  • Improve Mystery Shopper outcomes and visual merchandising standards in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, induction and talent development; identify training needs and implement in‑store training routines.
  • Control costs and submit accurate sales and operational reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, with proven store leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree advantageous.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales orientation with strong customer service and clienteling abilities.
  • Solid administration and financial skills, including P&L awareness and reporting.
  • Professional presentation and high personal image standards.
