Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking KPI targets and implementing timely improvement plans
  • Demonstrate sales leadership, set performance targets for team members aligned with business objectives
  • Manage quality of customer service, develop loyal Fendi clientele, and strategically assign customers to Client Advisors
  • Act as brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP and new customers
  • Motivate and challenge team members to achieve assigned sales targets with clear daily task assignment
  • Inspire employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork, and maintain harmonious staff relations
  • Provide monthly coaching and daily performance reviews to enhance individual and team consistency
  • Recruit qualified applicants in collaboration with HR Department to meet store staffing needs
  • Supervise store personnel, enforce company policies, and manage disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure proper staffing roster management to provide effective store coverage
  • Equip team with relevant working tools and maintain necessary system credentials (e.g., Stealth, Heaven, Icom)
  • Establish in-store training routines and conduct comprehensive on-the-job training reinforcing brand DNA
  • Identify individual and team training needs and communicate to HR and local retail training management
  • Manage day-to-day administration, review and submit sales and operational reports to senior management
  • Control costs effectively and ensure efficient store operations
  • Maintain Fendi standards across customer service, internal controls, and back-office activities
  • Ensure visual merchandising consistency with company standards and align with sales performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of related experience in retail or luxury industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in boutique leadership capacity
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated result-driven and goal-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to implement commercial initiatives with creativity
  • Prior experience in building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in developing people and succession planning
