The Store Director leads Fendi’s Printemps store in Paris, driving commercial performance, client development, team leadership and operational excellence while representing the Maison’s values. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position requiring at least 5 years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance and achieve business objectives through KPI management and commercial action plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities across categories through cross-selling, client development and knowledge of the local market.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor and inspire the team to deliver strong commercial results.
  • Improve store performance using data-driven insights, including Mystery Shopper results and client feedback.
  • Champion an exceptional, consistently elevated client experience aligned with Fendi’s luxury standards.
  • Develop a loyal Fendi clientele through CRM, clienteling, personalised engagement and exclusive in-store experiences.
  • Represent Fendi and build lasting relationships with VIC.
  • Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering excellence, collaboration and accountability.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise individual and team potential.
  • Attract, onboard and develop talent in partnership with HR, supporting a strong culture of learning and progression.
  • Maintain high standards in store operations, stock management, administration, internal controls and compliance.
  • Optimise team organisation and staffing to support seamless store performance and an exceptional client experience.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising and the store environment reflect Fendi’s image and commercial priorities.
  • Maintain cost awareness and operational efficiency while safeguarding Maison standards.

Experience

Minimum 5 years; 5+ years of proven experience in a retail management role, ideally within luxury.
