Role & Responsibilities

• Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise with accuracy and attention to detail
• Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and wrapping adheres to company standards
• Supervise UPS logs and track packages throughout the shipping process
• Arrange hand deliveries to clients and partners
• Report damaged merchandise to store management immediately
• Organize merchandise within the stockroom to maintain Fendi standards and facilitate efficient retrieval
• Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored in accordance with company policy
• Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and product placement
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership
• Maintain store readiness for inventory at all times
• Build and maintain Inventory Allocation Forms (IAF)
• Process incoming repairs and submit necessary claim paperwork to Corporate
• Proactively connect with clients to facilitate return of merchandise during the repair cycle
• Order supplies for store operations and maintain adequate stock levels
• Support store maintenance regarding facilities, fixtures, and operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom areas
• Adhere strictly to all Health and Safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer-facing environments, with luxury retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated stock control and merchandise handling experience
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
• Physical capability to lift and handle boxes weighing up to 25 lbs regularly

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience environments. Luxury retail experience is preferred.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
