Fendi Stockist position at Sawgrass Mills Outlet in Sunrise, FL. Full-time retail warehouse role managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise with accurate documentation
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and wrapping standards
- Supervise UPS logs and track shipment packages
- Arrange hand deliveries as required
- Report damaged merchandise to store management
- Organize merchandise in stockroom according to company standards
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored per company policy
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and visual presentation
- Execute cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with leadership
- Maintain store readiness for inventory audits at all times
- Build IAF (Inventory Availability Framework) systems
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim documentation to Corporate
- Initiate client outreach to coordinate merchandise repair returns
- Order supplies and materials for store operations
- Support facility maintenance and fixture management
- Clean sales floor and stockroom areas to company standards
- Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years professional retail or customer experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated stock control and merchandise handling experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs regularly
- Foreign language capability is advantageous

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse environments; luxury retail background is preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
