Stockist position at Fendi Sawgrass Mills, Sunrise, FL. Support inventory, shipping, and store operations. $25/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ship and receive merchandise transfers and client orders with meticulous attention to accuracy and packaging standards
- Prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring proper wrapping and secure packaging protocols
- Manage UPS logging procedures and track outbound packages to final delivery
- Arrange and execute hand deliveries of merchandise as required
- Report damaged merchandise incidents to store management and document discrepancies
- Organize stock areas according to luxury retail standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Verify all merchandise is accurately ticketed and tagged per company policy
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and floor placement
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances with store leadership
- Maintain store readiness for periodic inventory audits at all times
- Build and update IAF (Inventory Availability File) records
- Process incoming repair merchandise and submit associated claim paperwork to Corporate
- Proactively assist in repair operations by contacting clients to coordinate merchandise returns
- Coordinate store supplies ordering
- Support maintenance of facilities, fixtures, and store infrastructure
- Execute cleaning and sanitation protocols for sales floor and stockroom areas
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years professional experience in retail or customer service environments, with luxury retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in stock control and merchandise handling
- Strong organizational and inventory management capabilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and their inventory management functions
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to lift and transport boxes weighing up to 25 lbs regularly
- Physical capability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and standing tasks
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods

Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within luxury retail environments. Demonstrated competency in stock control, inventory operations, and merchandise management required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
