Role & Responsibilities
- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise with precision
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping according to company standards
- Supervise UPS logs and track packages to ensure timely delivery
- Arrange hand deliveries as required
- Report damaged merchandise to management immediately
- Organize stock area to meet company standards and accessibility requirements
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and secured per company policy
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and display
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with store leadership
- Maintain store inventory readiness at all times
- Build and maintain inventory allocation forms (IAF)
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate
- Initiate client contact to facilitate return of repaired merchandise
- Order store supplies as needed
- Support operations and store maintenance regarding facilities and fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock area
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer-facing roles; luxury sector experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in stock control and inventory management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Competency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management functions
- Physical capacity to lift boxes and materials up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and select holidays
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail, customer service, or inventory management, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated proficiency in stock control and hands-on merchandise handling required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
