Fendi Stockist position in New York. Support store operations with inventory management, merchandise receiving and shipping, and housekeeping. $26/hr plus commission and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare merchandise for shipping and ensure appropriate packaging and wrapping per company standards
- Supervise UPS logs and track packages to ensure timely delivery
- Arrange hand deliveries as required by store operations
- Report damaged or defective merchandise to store management immediately
- Arrange and organize merchandise in the stockroom to Fendi's exacting standards
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored according to company policy
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and product placement
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership
- Maintain store readiness for inventory counts at all times
- Build and maintain Inventory Allocation Framework (IAF) documentation
- Process incoming repairs and submit claim paperwork to Corporate
- Proactively support the repair cycle by contacting clients to return repaired merchandise
- Order supplies for store operations as needed
- Support store operations and maintenance regarding facilities, fixtures, and housekeeping
- Clean sales floor and stockroom areas to maintain a pristine environment
- Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer-facing roles; luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in stock control and inventory management
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated drive for operational excellence and results
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to operate POS systems and their inventory management functions
- Capability to lift boxes and merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Foreign language skills a plus

Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in retail or customer-facing environments, with proven expertise in stock control, inventory management, and merchandise handling. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
