Fendi Stockist — Mexico City (on-site, full-time). Responsible for receiving, inventory control and stockroom organisation at Moliere El Palacio de Hierro.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and ship transfers and client merchandise, ensuring accurate packaging, wrapping and documentation.
- Maintain and supervise UPS log; track outgoing and incoming packages and arrange hand deliveries when required.
- Organize the stockroom to top store standards and ensure all merchandise is correctly ticketed and censored per company policy.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and support replenishment to maximise product availability on the sales floor.
- Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership and prepare the store for inventory at all times.
- Build IAF and process incoming repairs; complete and submit claim paperwork to Corporate and support the repair cycle with client follow-up.
- Order and manage store supplies; support facilities, fixtures and general store maintenance.
- Clean and maintain the sales floor and stock area; follow all Health & Safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Minimum 3 years professional retail or customer-facing experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable stock control and selling experience, including inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office.
- Experience using a POS system and its inventory management functions.
- Strong organisational skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills; ability to liaise with clients and corporate teams.
- Physical ability to lift and handle boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skill is a plus.
