Role & Responsibilities

• Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise, ensuring accurate packaging, wrapping and documentation.
• Supervise UPS log, track outgoing and incoming packages and arrange hand deliveries as required.
• Report and document damaged merchandise; coordinate claims and submit required paperwork to Corporate.
• Arrange and maintain merchandise in the stockroom to top store standards; ensure accurate ticketing and censoring per company policy.
• Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and build IAF for stock movements.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies with store leadership and maintain inventory readiness at all times.
• Process incoming repairs, support the repair cycle and proactively contact clients to return repaired merchandise.
• Order store supplies and support store maintenance, facilities and fixtures operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and stock area and comply with all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years professional retail or customer experience; minimum 3 years of retail experience preferred (luxury retail experience advantageous).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven stock control and selling experience with demonstrated accuracy in inventory tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and a drive for results; able to prepare the store for inventory at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word; familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management functions.
• Physical capability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive stockroom tasks.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays; foreign language skill is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of professional retail experience with hands-on stock control and selling responsibilities; prior luxury retail or high-end merchandise handling preferred.

The base compensation for this position is USD 19,783 per hour.
