Role & Responsibilities

• Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise with accuracy and care
• Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and wrapping standards
• Supervise UPS logs and track packages throughout the fulfillment process
• Arrange hand deliveries as required by store operations
• Report any damaged or defective merchandise to management immediately
• Arrange merchandise in the stockroom to meet company standards and specifications
• Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed and censored in compliance with policy
• Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and placement
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership
• Maintain inventory-ready store conditions at all times
• Build and maintain the Inventory Availability File (IAF)
• Process incoming repair merchandise and submit claim paperwork to Corporate
• Assist in the repair cycle by coordinating client communication and merchandise returns
• Order supplies and materials for store operations
• Support facilities and fixture maintenance in coordination with store operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stockroom areas
• Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in retail, stockroom operations, or customer experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven stock control and selling experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
• Ability to lift boxes and carry merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, stockroom operations, or customer service, with luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated competency in stock control, inventory accuracy, and selling practices.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is USD 24 per hour.
