Fendi seeks Showroom Specialist in Milan, Italy for temporary absence cover. Support buying campaigns with meticulous showroom operations and client coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, maintaining an impeccable environment that reflects Fendi's brand identity and luxury standards
- Support setup and merchandising of showroom collections according to Fendi's visual merchandising guidelines prior to and during buying campaigns
- Manage sample tagging, cataloging, and preparation for client appointments, ensuring accurate inventory and timely returns
- Greet and assist clients and internal teams upon arrival, directing them and providing support throughout their visits
- Assist with order taking and data entry, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate scheduling of buying appointments with key accounts, buyers, retail partners, and internal stakeholders
- Organize and liaise with external service providers including catering, models, and receptionists
- Support management of showroom operating expenses, including preparation and monitoring of purchase orders
- Maintain visual displays at the highest standard throughout the campaign period
- Maintain organized and professional workspace standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom, retail, or hospitality environments, preferably within luxury fashion
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages preferred
- Genuine passion for luxury fashion and the Fendi brand
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain resilience and positive attitude under pressure

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom, retail, or hospitality environments, preferably within the luxury fashion sector. Demonstrated capability in fast-paced, client-facing operational contexts with strong organizational competency.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
