Fendi is hiring a Showroom Seller (temporary) in Milan. On-site showroom sales role with campaign activity from May 28–June 7.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard, personalised presentations of Fendi products during booked showroom appointments.
- Build and maintain excellent client relations; identify customer needs and propose suitable product solutions aligned with brand standards.
- Contribute proactively as a team player to meet showroom sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage order registration and paperwork accurately; support the commercial team with administrative tasks tied to sales transactions.
- Participate in peak sales activity and promotional campaigns, including the Sales Campaign period from May 28 to June 7.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in showroom or luxury retail sales with an established fashion brand.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-focused orientation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High degree of flexibility to adapt to different client profiles and changing priorities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury fashion showroom or high-end retail environment, demonstrating successful client management and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
