FENDI seeks an experienced Senior Sales Advisor for its London menswear boutique. Minimum 5 years' luxury retail experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to maximize sales performance
  • Monitor individual sales targets and KPIs set by Department Manager and Store Manager
  • Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections
  • Strengthen customer relations and nurture the loyal FENDI clientele by implementing and mastering Company CRM tools
  • Implement CRM campaigns and schedule personalized one-on-one client appointments in line with targets and guidelines
  • Manage customer service quality to exceed expectations through professional and individualized client engagement
  • Perform assigned store duties as directed by team leaders and management
  • Operate the Company Sales Management system proficiently for stock transfer, payment inquiry, stock management, and customer database entry
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines
  • Support store stock takes and cycle counts
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
  • Preserve a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties
  • Execute additional duties within capacity as reasonably required by the Company

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail fashion industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales
  • Essential experience in the menswear category with strong professional expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
  • Strong selling and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • High personal image and presentation standards

  • Proficiency with computer systems and retail management platforms
