Fendi Senior Sales Advisor position at New Bond Street Flagship, London. Luxury fashion retail role requiring 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to clients, embodying the heritage and values of the Fendi brand as a certified brand ambassador
- Execute strategic sales across all product categories through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-category selling techniques
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs and revenue targets in collaboration with department and store management
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal FENDI clientele through personalized relationship building and expert product consultancy
- Implement CRM campaigns and coordinate one-on-one client appointments in accordance with brand guidelines and sales targets
- Operate the company's Sales Management system proficiently, including stock transfers, payment processing, inventory inquiries, and customer database management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise; support physical stock audits and cycle counts
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain a pristine, secure store environment in compliance with brand guidelines
- Provide constructive customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections, to inform merchandising decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail fashion industry experience with at least one year in luxury sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in product category knowledge with strong personal styling capabilities
- Fluent English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills with a refined professional image
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven multitasking and organizational abilities
