Role & Responsibilities

  • Define Woman SLG and leather accessories corporate strategy by product lines and functionalities to drive business growth
  • Set sales forecasts by product category and segment aligned with business ambitions
  • Develop the central buying vision, establish core assortments, and create strategic buying guidelines across store clusters
  • Formulate and execute merchandising strategies, coordinate showroom editing and buying across all regions, and validate orders
  • Drive implementation of merchandising strategies and launch plans whilst identifying growth opportunities and developing quantitative business cases
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis by product category and region, identifying actions and refining category vision for budget and strategic plan revisions
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to establish permanent sales vision and optimize global inventory management
  • Work in partnership with Collection Merchandising to ensure assortments align with strategic vision and sales targets
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to identify trends in styles, models, functions, price points, and competitive landscape; communicate structured findings to Product Managers
  • Enhance merchandising capabilities across Woman LG buying teams and retail organizations
  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for product collections

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as Retail Merchandiser or Buyer specializing in leather goods category
  • Excellent merchandising and strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical capability through past professional experiences
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of current market trends and buyer psychology
  • Deep knowledge of major players in the leather goods business with refined luxury sensibility and product expertise
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency preferred
