Senior Client Advisor at Fendi Vancouver — luxury retail leadership role with $26/hr base plus commission. Full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze individual business metrics and implement action plans to improve results, generating sales through client acquisition and reactivation
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are available
- Empower sales staff to meet assigned sales and performance-based goals by leading by example
- Build and maintain a comprehensive client book, following through with client concerns and maintaining correspondence to strengthen relationships and drive business
- Participate in the training and development of new Client Advisors in product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies
- Lead customer service quality standards and offer excellent service to meet customer expectations
- Develop dedicated Fendi customers and implement appropriate CRM tools to maintain an accurate customer database
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen and build relationships with VIP clientele and prospect customers
- Achieve positive Mystery Shop results and maintain compliance with all standards
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Maintain proficiency with the POS system and other software, updating customer database accurately
- Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner, including transfers, consignments, and reservations
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company metrics and policies
- Ensure maintenance of cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink requirements
- Maintain merchandising and visual display standards per company guidelines
- Perform opening and closing store procedures as needed, including morning team meetings
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with optimal verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy with technological acumen
- Ability to advise and mentor a team
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrated achievement in high-end sales environments and a track record of exceeding performance targets.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
