Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through proactive client acquisition, reactivation and conversion to achieve and exceed individual targets.
• Build and maintain a robust client book using CRM tools; manage client correspondence and follow‑through on enquiries and special requests.
• Mentor and train Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures and service standards; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Manage daily retail operations: accurate POS transactions, inventory controls, transfers, consignments, reservations and timely reporting.
• Uphold visual merchandising and brand presentation standards; ensure best sellers are on display and replenish sell‑through.
• Represent the Maison as a brand ambassador, delivering VIP service and achieving high Mystery Shop and client satisfaction results.
• Support store opening/closing procedures and conduct routine store maintenance while following Health & Safety and grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client‑facing retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to advise and coach a team.
• Technologically literate with proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management functions.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Foreign language skills considered an asset.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of client‑facing retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector; prior experience mentoring or coaching junior sales staff preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 28 per hour.
