Fendi hiring Senior Client Advisor in London for luxury Ready-to-Wear retail. Permanent full-time role requiring 5+ years fashion retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to maximize sales performance
- Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs as set by Department and Store Management
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched collections
- Strengthen and nurture the FENDI customer base through relationship management and CRM tools
- Implement CRM campaigns and coordinate one-on-one client appointments in line with strategic guidelines
- Deliver professional, personalised customer service to exceed expectations
- Operate the Company's Sales Management system proficiently for stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and customer database entry
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receipt, display, and storage of merchandise
- Support store stock takes and cycle-counts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organised store environment through daily housekeeping duties
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail fashion, with at least 2 years in luxury sales
- Essential expertise in Ladies Ready-to-Wear category
- Strong styling skills and fashion consultancy capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Fluent English
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

Experience
Minimum 5 years in retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years of proven performance in luxury sales. Prior experience in women's ready-to-wear is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
